  • Payment has been received and confirmed in our designated company bank account in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

Once payment confirmation has been received, our operations team begins coordinating product preparation, quality checks, packaging, documentation, and shipment scheduling.

Shipment Preparation

Before dispatch, every shipment undergoes a structured preparation process to ensure it complies with customer requirements and international shipping standards.

This process may include:

  • Product preparation

  • Quality inspection (where applicable)

  • Packaging and labeling

  • Palletizing or container loading

  • Export documentation preparation

  • Customs export procedures

  • Booking with the selected carrier

Shipment preparation generally requires approximately 3 business days, depending on the product type, order quantity, and availability.

Estimated Transit Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance procedures, and carrier schedules.

European Union Deliveries

For shipments within the European Union, delivery is generally completed within 1–5 business days, depending on the destination country and transport method.

Road freight deliveries to nearby destinations may arrive within a few hours or the same business day, while longer-distance deliveries may require additional transit time.

  • Scanned copies of all available shipping documents are sent to the buyer by email immediately after shipment departure.

  • Original documents, where required, are dispatched using an internationally recognized express courier service such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT, according to the agreed commercial terms.

This enables customers to begin customs clearance preparations while the original documents are in transit.

Shipment Tracking

Where available, customers will receive shipment tracking information after dispatch, including:

  • Container number

  • Air Waybill number

  • Vehicle or consignment reference

  • Estimated time of arrival (ETA)
